The Strike a Balance Podcast for Working Homeschool Moms – Episode 21

On today’s episode of the Strike a Balance Podcast for Working Homeschool Moms, I chat about beautiful, dreamy, delicious sleep. And what happens when you don’t get enough and what to do to get more!
As someone who struggles to sleep, I basically did the research for the episode for myself. But if you struggle too, then I hope that it will give you some ideas for getting more of the best self-care activity ever.
Some ideas I came across are:
- taking magnesium and melatonin (always check with your doctor first),
- avoiding caffeine and alcohol,
- sticking to a regular schedule,
- meditation,
- and biphasic sleep.
I have so much goodness that I would love to offer you as a working homeschool mom. Firstly be sure to join my Working Homeschool Moms Support Group on Facebook. It’s a place to meet and hang out with fellow working homeschool moms.
My two freebies deal with some of my favourite topics…time management and mindset. You can grab my free time audit or mindset challenge and start creating a life where you get to do the things you want to.
If you’re an organization geek like I am, then you might enjoy my planner. I’ve called it the Ultimate Working Homeschool Mom Planner because it covers everything you might need to stay on top of your working homeschool mom life.
And if you ever need some one-to-one support, then I would love to support you in any way that I can. You can book in a free 30-minute session so we can chat about your goals. And see if coaching is something that could work for you.
