On today’s episode of the Strike a Balance Podcast for Working Homeschool Moms, I talk about homeschool mom anxiety. It’s something that we’ve all faced at one time or another. So I wanted to give some ideas for overcoming it in a positive way.
I know that anxiety can be caused by the outside, but also the inside. And I also know that it can be overwhelming when we have to figure out what curriculum to buy or when our kids just don’t want to learn. And let’s not forget the stress that comes from keeping up with house work! Aaaarrrggghhh!
In this episode, I give you practical ways to alleviate the stress and anxiety. But also some ideas for getting into the right mindset. Because I’m a huge believer in the power of a growth mindset!
