Responsibilities & Indemnification

As your coach, I will work my hardest to support you in your transformation. I want to see you achieve the results and outcomes you want to reach. That being said, you are responsible for any goals or outcomes you decide to set in your life.

As your coach, I will help you to identify possible ways to achieve goals, suggestions for ways to move forward, and options that you might consider. They will be based on my experience, training and research. That being said, you are responsible for any decisions or actions you choose to take.

In order to make the most of coaching, it is highly recommended that you do any tasks or ‘homework’ set for you.

You accept and acknowledge that I am not a licensed investment advisor, real estate agent, accountant, finance, health or legal professional. By accepting these terms and conditions, you indemnify me, as the coach, of any responsibility as a result of actions taken by you, as the client

Confidentiality

I will not divulge or share anything related to our coaching relationship, unless you expressly give me the permission to do so. This will include what is shared during sessions or the fact that you are taking part in coaching.

If you are taking part in group coaching, you will not share anything, unless you are expressly given the permission to do so by another person in group coaching. This will include what is shared during sessions by someone else or the fact that the person is taking part in coaching.

Scheduling & Cancellations

Sessions

Sessions will be held on Zoom. You will receive a Zoom link when you book a session. Group coaching sessions will also be held on Zoom. Times will be pre-arranged and you will receive the link when you have purchased a programme. 

Session Scheduling

All sessions are to be scheduled in advance. Times will be agreed upon between you as the client and me as the coach.

Group coaching session times will be set by me, as the coach. If a group wishes to change the times, it must be done with a unanimous agreement between all those taking part in the programme.

Session Cancellation

Sessions may be cancelled no later than 48 hours before they are scheduled to take place. If you have an emergency, please contact me as soon as possible. I may reschedule the session at my discretion.

You will forfeit the session if you do not let me know you are cancelling 48 hours before, via email. If you are a ‘no-show’, you will not receive any refunds, credits or transfer.

Group coaching sessions cannot be rescheduled or refunded. If you are unable to attend, it is your responsibility to contact me for what was covered during the session.

Notification of Cancellation

Please email me your cancellation at [email protected]. You must wait to receive confirmation, via email, of the cancellation in order to deem it cancelled.

Payments & Refunds

Payment in full is required before you can take part in group coaching or book coaching sessions. If you have opted for or been offered a payment plan, the first payment is required before you can take part in group coaching or book coaching sessions.

If an instalment should default, you will have 7 days to make payment. Should you fail to do so, your coaching sessions or programme membership will be suspended. If you do not make payment 7 days after this, your coaching sessions or programme membership will be cancelled.

Should you wish to cancel your purchase for a refund, you may do so for up to 5 days after purchase. If you have taken part in a group coaching programme or received a coaching session within the 5 days, you may not cancel.

Coaching sessions or group coaching may not be transferred to someone else.

Miscellaneous

Changes and Amendments

I reserve the right to change and amend:

• prices
• programme offerings
• my availability
• anything else related to coaching and group coaching.

You will be notified via email of any changes that directly affect you.

Intellectual Property

All materials, systems and programmes are subject to copyright and other intellectual rights. They may therefore not be recorded, reproduced or sold, without express written permission from me, as the coach.

Should sessions be recorded, you will be notified and asked for permission before the session commences.

As the client, you waive any right to agreed-to recordings made within sessions. Should they be used in training or marketing materials, you will be asked for permission in writing before they are used.
